Brothers and Sisters,
Many of you are starting to better realize the true nature of our world. Many of you are able to see the great pervasiveness of our world’s corruption and you are coming to terms with this reality. I sense a great amount of fear in the air, however; it is the same kind of fear that I dealt with when I was first learning of these things.
There is nothing to fear, though, as things haven’t really changed; our understanding of them has changed, and that is a wonderful development because we are now much closer to healing. Ignoring the problem has allowed the problems to multiply to the extent which we simply can no longer ignore them, so we cannot go on ignoring them. Read the rest of this entry »
Recently I’ve been thinking on what needs to be done to prepare for the future. With all of the disasters that seem to be right around the corner, preparation for these things is a daunting task. It seems like we are about to witness some great changes worldwide as the snowballing economic, socio-political and spiritual problems are about to slap us in the face in a way that is more personal than we are accustomed to.
The deeper I think about it, the more I realize what true preparation is and what it is not. For the last few years, I’d thought of preparation in the “survival” sense, sacrificing many other aspects of my life so that I’d be ready for the big event that was down the pike.
Survivalists will tell you that preparation is storing up supplies of non-perishable foods, weapons, ammunition, etc. They want to be ready to “tough it out” when all hell breaks loose, but all of the supplies and equipment in the world won’t help you if you lose it, someone steals it or it is destroyed in a catastrophe. In the vast majority of interpersonal interactions, there is an unwritten maxim. One may only express the portion of their self-hood that fits into the generally agreed-upon spectrum of being. Since the spectrum in which most people inhabit is a tiny portion of what actually exists, it is impossible for an individual to express a truly liberated self-hood.
The best one can do to reveal their liberated self-hood, is to partially cloak it behind the veil of personality, giving only brief glimpses from time-to-time. In all but the most liberated exchanges between true thinkers, a true opening-up of the mind is one of the greatest taboos. Perhaps this taboo stems from the fear that many of us have of stepping outside of our comfortable little spectrum of certainty and simplicity.
If we are truly shielding all but an infinitesimal portion of our self-hood from the light of day, then an expose of any significant portion of our actual self will be overwhelming and may even be somewhat blinding to the beholders.
I’ve lost count of the number of times that I’ve had an exchange with another who seemed to be interested in stepping outside of the limitations, only to find that the intent was not actually genuine.
In order to be truly liberated, however, you cannot let these things discourage you. If you are truly interested in expressing the beauty of an unbridled mind, then you should do so whether or not the others wish it so. To do otherwise would be suicide. Search deep within and find that which is the self, liberate it from your personality and let it out for all of the world to see.
Inside I see a psychic landscape that represents itself spatially as a cold planet, its surface is covered in snow. Old, but rugged trees stick up through the thick coat of snow that blankets the surface. The sky is clear and the atmosphere has a crispness to it.
Despite the fact that it is very cold and the warmth-providing star is far away, there is a sort of energy in the air that helps to propel all of the beings into motion. Everyone sees the beauty of the landscape and the promise of future bounty, instead of resigning themselves to die in the snow, they tap into a seemingly endless reserve of energy; powerful and regenerative, it can last forever if used properly.
During the daytime hours, a lonely star hovers in the distance and it seems understood that the star desires to be closer to the planet and vice versa. As much as they may desire a more direct exchange of energy, they are on their courses; the same courses that they have been on for billions of years.
But all is well, as the collective realizes that things need to be a certain way. They realize that their passion is charged by the absence of ideal conditions and this will actually help them to grow into stronger and more vibrant beings.
Indeed, if all were well from the start, then there would be little reason to act; with nothing to motivate one’s self to improve, they would simply decay into non-existence. This lack, this hollow, provides the nectar of being; it gives the cold and tired inhabitants of this place reason enough to figure the alchemical formulas needed to continually energize this ceaseless reservoir of passion and create a rich and diverse array of experiences for the collective mind to absorb.
Just put up another video blog today after a long break. I’ll be putting out more of these in the coming weeks.
The circumstances into which I am thrust have gotten me thinking deeply about the future. I have talked it over with friends, turned it over in my head, now my mind is made up. I am getting my Oracle certifications, selling my home and moving to San Francisco, California! I am ready to forget about everything that happened here and rebuild my life.
Its going to take a few months to get all of this accomplished, but I am more ready than ever to shed most of my possessions and live a minimalist life over there for a few years, build some net-worth, make some friends, take-in some culture and I am also interested in continuing my training in Tai Chi and Choy Li Fut at Doc-Fai-Wong’s School in the Sunset District.
I talked with an old friend who moved to San Francisco a year or two ago, we discussed the finer points of the tech industry, cost of living and general life in San Francisco. It seems quite apparent that more money could be made over there, as there are more opportunities (including opportunities with startups that can be very economically rewarding) and the pay after cost of living increase is far greater than good-ole Alabama.
I appreciate all of the good times that I had with friends and family here in Alabama, and I will miss them, but I don’t want to live and die in this place. I want to go somewhere where I can experience more of what life has to offer and get out of the rut that living in this town has gotten me into. Life is too short to stay in Huntsville, Alabama.
Our body is light, we are immortal.
Our body is love, we are eternal.
Eternal..Omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, without judgment.~tool
We have but one body, and it is comprised of light and love. This sort of understanding is the cornerstone of spiritual growth. It is essentially the notion that any boundary between our selves and everything else is purely imaginary.
If one ponders this carefully, it is likely that they will see that their existence is merely a mosaic of all of the other existences. Indeed it is merely a reflection of the rest of creation in relation to the vantage point of the individual’s self. It is as if the universe is a larger being that is perceiving itself through each of us.
The energy of each being is continually interacting with the energy of other beings. The control of the energy is divided amongst the universe’s constituents so that there might be being. Were it to be under the complete control of any one entity, then there would be no reason to act, as the outcome would not affect anything else. Read the rest of this entry »
Words cannot easily convey to you how it feels, now that I realize that the person I shared my life with and helped to support, over the last 3 years, has chosen to commit such cowardly and destructive acts. I am still shocked when I wake up in the morning and realize what has happened. It is as if I am waking from one nightmare, the nightmare of living with him, to another, the nightmare of realizing that I was right all along about him.
Indeed Christopher Greenlee didn’t seem like the kind of guy who would be such a traitor. He came from a nice Christian family that seemed to appreciate honesty and integrity, I recall that he once said that he believes that there are consequences for what we do in our lives. His actions on June 30, 2006, however, show that he believes himself to be above all consequences.
A worrisome trait, that I began to notice over the last year, seems to have reached psychopathic proportions in this person; the idea that the rest of the world owes him something and he isn’t personally responsible for anything that happens in his life. Read the rest of this entry »
Look at what you’ve done to me
You’ve become my enemy
Poisoning the world for me
Take away my everything
Weakened as I am~disturbed
Awhile back, I met this guy in a college math class who seemed like a decent person. After working together on assignments for awhile, I agreed to live with him so that we could save money, start a business and try to become self-sufficient. At the time he was a paper-boy, but he made enough money to pay his end of the bills and I had faith in him, so I decided it would work-out. Boy was I ever wrong about him. The human beings that most of us believe ourselves to be, actually encompass only a tiny fraction of the grand spectra of existence. Indeed, we are an integral part of the unfolding of reality.
We are sentient self-aware beings, distinct from most of the other beings that exist on this planet. The limited and docile Earthly persons that we, by default, tend to envision ourselves as, are actually far greater beings capable of, heretofore, unimagined feats.

Transcendence of our differences and re-invigoration of the primordial drive to transfigure our inner-selves into something more novel is the key. We have to move beyond this repetitive, cyclical, propaganda-induced lifestyle.
To do this, we need to abolish ritual and instead follow our innate sense of compassion by living in each and every moment as if it is the very first moment ever experienced. This is a return to the mind of a beginner. Read the rest of this entry »
