How Taxation Enslaves Society

Those of you who think government is here to “solve problems” and is therefore justified in the ever-increasing amount of tax they levy on productive individuals should listen to this podcast.

In the United States of America HALF of all of the people work for the government in one way or another. In addition to that, 30 million do jack squat, drawing on welfare and being non-productive. That leaves less than half of us to do all of the productive work and have a fair chunk of that taken by non-productive individuals in the government and welfare/warfare system.

If you add up, just part of the taxes, over half of your money is taken via direct taxation, especially when you factor in the fact that half of the social security tax is hidden by being a “match” from your employer.

Do you want to know what to do about this? I can tell you this, the answer isn’t in waiting for something to happen or someone else to do something. There are hundreds of ways you can improve your lot in life and avoid tax.

Listen to this podcast for an explanation and some ideas that you may not have thought of yet.

Do yourself and your society a favor and minimize your contribution to the welfare/warfare state by:

  • Pay off debts
  • Growing and preparing more of your own food
  • Using less energy
  • Bartering and trading instead of buying everything new and throwing useful items away
  • Building and repairing things yourself

It all comes down to churning less dollars through the system; because the system thrives off of dollar activity.  If you take your money and employ it in a productive way, then you are generating new wealth for yourself.  If you instead took that money and bought a ready-made solution, then you are spending excessive money and feeding the system.

Gardening is a great example of this.  If done properly, you can spend a few hundred dollars getting a garden ready and maintaining it; this garden will feed you for as long as you take care of it; however, if you just bought all of that food off of the shelf at the supermarket, you would pay much more for it, it would be taxed in countless ways and the quality would not be as good.

If you learn how to be more self-sufficient, then you become exponentially more wealthy; because you have more abundance around you and you require less to survive; so you potentially have more time and money as a result.

Why the Federal Income-Tax is Unnecessary and Immoral

One of the firmest rooted myths in today’s American society, is this notion of an income tax. It is one of those consensus reality illusions which has wormed its way into our culture in the 20th century.  A thorough investigation into this matter, shows that there is much controversy as to whether or not this tax is even valid, when applied to most Americans.

It is often thought that the 16th amendment gives congress this power to tax labor.  However, in 1916, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled “the Sixteenth Amendment does not purport to confer power to levy income taxes” in Brushaber vs. Union Pacific Railroad.

It is unfortunate that the majority of the population still does not understand the law, or the reason why the Constitution forbids direct un-apportioned taxes.  If this understanding of the law were more wide-spread, we would see the end of many of these organizations which take of the fruits of our labors.

The graduated income tax and the institutions it supports are deeply immoral; it undermines the inalienable rights of the individual and gives the Federal Government virtually unlimited power to take our property and control our lives.

Unnecessary and Immoral

By Jake Towne | Campaign For Liberty

“In a Time of Universal Deceit, Telling the Truth is a Revolutionary Act.”
– George Orwell, author of 1984

Summary: The federal income tax is an unnecessary and immoral tax. I am in favor of abolishing the federal income tax and eventually the entire IRS. YOUR income from YOUR labor belongs to you and no one else, especially the government, has the right to steal it from you. Most Americans are unaware that while the government collects $1,200 billion in federal income taxes and collects roughly $3,000 billion in total taxes, the fact is that “only” $67 billion is necessary to run the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, which includes the FBI and federal court system. (1) (2) (3) When one compares this amount to the Banker Bailout of October 2008 for $800 billion and the Obama Stimulus Plan for $1,100 billion with interest, one wonders why not bailout the taxpayer in a plunging economy instead? Ron Paul & Joe Bannister on CNBC 2004 – Un-Constitutional Income Tax

Here is a fascinating CNBC interview with congressman Ron Paul and former IRS investigator Joe Bannister regarding the Unconstitutionality of the Income Tax.

Joe Bannister succinctly describes his position and the evidence he has gathered about the lack of legal authority to impose an “Income Tax.”

Congressman Paul explains the importance of political disobedience, in pushing for a real reform of the United States economic system.

Video Lecture: The Constitution, Income Tax and You!

video: Jim Mattatall addresses The Granada Forum on the Income Tax

In this video, Jim Mattatall addresses The Granada Forum, providing irrefutable evidence which proves that the so-called “income taxes” are voluntary. He explains the fact that the authority of the United States government, with regard to the Internal Revenue Code and the Constitution, only gives Internal Revenue power over D.C., Guam, Puerto Rico, Federal Buildings, National Parks, etc (insular possessions of the United States).

It is also interesting to note that the monies collected by Internal Revenue are required, by law, to be given to the Treasury of the United States, not an agent of Federal Reserve or Puerto Rico Trust #62 (Internal Revenue).

Indeed this organization is operating outside of its lawful bounds, as it has no authority to unwittingly rob the sweat equity from the citizens of the united States of America, though it does have the lawful authority to tax citizens of the United States. If we read the Constitution we can see who is a citizen of the United States, and is therefore subject to the so-called income tax. Read the rest of this entry »

IRS loses challenge to prove tax liability

By Bob Unruh | WorldNetDaily.com

The Internal Revenue Service has lost a lawyer’s challenge in front of a jury to prove a constitutional foundation for the nation’s income tax, and the victorious attorney now is setting his sights higher.

“I think now people are beginning to realize that this has got to be the largest fraud, backed up by intimidation and extortion and by the sheer force of taking peoples property and hard-earned money without any lawful authorization whatsoever,” lawyer Tom Cryer told WND just days after a jury in Louisiana acquitted him of two criminal tax counts.

And before you consign him to the legions of “tin foil hat brigades” who argue against paying taxes, and then want payment to explain how to do that, he addresses the issue up front.

“These snake oil peddlers have conned millions of dollars out of many well-intended patriots and left a trail of broken lives in their wake. … These charlatans should be avoided, not only because they will lead you to bankruptcy and prison, but because by association they discredit those who are telling the truth,” he said.

The truth, he said, is where he comes in, with the launch of a new Truth Attack website that is intended to build on his victory, and create a coalition of resources to defeat – ultimately – the income tax in the United States.

Although the legal citations in the case tend to run the length of paragraphs, Cryer told WND the underlying issue is not that complicated. Essentially, he argued that income is not necessarily any money that comes to a person, but rather categories such as profit and interest. Read the rest of this entry »

Jack-hooded Thugs Swarming on Ed & Elaine Brown’s Property

Listening live on http://truthorlies.org/listenlive.html Apparently the feds are still swarming around the compound. About 40 rounds of automatic gunfire was heard earlier tonight.

It looks like, a moment ago, the Jack-hooded thugs started messing with the Browns supporter’s trailers. One of the supporters who is live on the line now is reporting government thugs shaking his trailer.

These are American citizens who are guilty of breaking no law. If you can get to Plainfield, NH and assist the Browns, do so immediately. If you believe in the republic and the rule of law and are able to help, DO IT!! Don’t forget to bring a camera so the whole world can see what they are doing to these people.

Attorney acquitted on federal income tax charges

Tom Cryer Discusses the Federal Income Tax Fraud:

Cryer stopped filing income taxes more than 10 years ago

By Loresha Wilson | Gannett.com

A Shreveport attorney who has challenged the government for years on the legality of filing federal income taxes has been acquitted on charges he failed to file returns.

A federal jury unanimously found Tommy Cryer not guilty this week on two misdemeanor counts of failure to file.

And according to Cryer, the prosecution dismissed two felony charges of tax evasion prior to trial. Read the rest of this entry »

Neil Cavuto tries to associate Ron Paul with violence

During Ron Paul’s appearance on Neil Cavuto, they tried their damnedest to make Ron Paul look bad, by associating him with violence and anti-police sentiments, however they failed miserably.

Cavuto also made the bogus claim that the government could not operate without the “Income Tax” despite the fact that the government operated just fine until 1913, when the Federal Reserve Bank was created.

Dr. Paul’s responses illustrated how civil disobedience, especially against the tax code, is the American tradition, a tradition which has helped to repeal bad laws many times before.

Brown Says Agents Came To Kill Him

PLAINFIELD, N.H. — A Plainfield man who has been holed up in his house after being convicted of tax evasion said Friday that federal, state and local agents had come to kill him when they showed up near his property the day before.

Ed Brown and his wife, Elaine, were convicted in January of hiding nearly $2 million in income and not paying taxes on it because they insisted that federal income taxes are invalid. In April, they skipped their sentencing hearings and have been holed up in their house since. Read the rest of this entry »

The Latest from Ed and Elaine Brown

The Judge decided to file the appeal for Ed and Elaine Brown, the same appeal that he denied several months ago. I wonder what kind of a stunt he is trying to pull now.

from Ed and Elaine’s MySpace Blog
We had a call come in this morning. Sorry that I have taken so long to get this to you all…

If you have been reading the blog here then you already know that the judge filed the appeal on Ed and Elaine’s behalf.

The sources that came in today tell us that the judge realizes that he misjudged the lawfulness of the IRS and the federal income tax. Which is why he, himself (the judge mind you!), filed the appeal for the Browns’ case. Read the rest of this entry »
